Standard delivery is great if you are happy to wait a little while as your items will arrive within 3-5 workings days. If you have a busy schedule and need to choose a specific day, nominated delivery allows you to do just that, enabling you to make sure you are going to be at home to receive your items.

Just choose the date you want and get your order delivered to an address of your choice. You will be made aware during checkout if this option is available to you, while the delivery times you will see are based on the assumption that the items you are ordering are in stock. If you are in a rush to get your hands on what you have ordered, meanwhile, and your order is placed before 10pm, you can choose to have your parcel delivered the next day.

JD Williams are also able to provide next day and nominated day delivery on a Sunday for orders which are placed up until midday on a Saturday, in certain areas and depending on the items you are ordering. With Sunday delivery, you can also choose a preferred time slot of either morning (up to 1pm) or afternoon.

If you prefer, and you spend more than £40, their free Click & Collect service means you can have your parcel delivered to one of 5,000 myHermes ParcelShops, which are typically open from 7am-10pm, seven days a week. If you select this method, they will tell you when your parcel is available for collection by both text and email, while you will receive a unique PIN code, which should be taken, along with photographic ID, when you collect your item as this will confirm your identity.

Included with your item will be a returns slip, which will provide you with all the information you will need.

This slip must be completed and sent back with returned items. You can return items to an Oasis store, ensuring you take along your dispatch note, while to return something by post, you should write your name, address, postcode and order number on the completed returns form and enclose it in the securely wrapped parcel.

Fix the returns address label to the parcel (the address can be found online) and take it to a Post Office, who will stamp the proof of postage on the returns form. You can also return via a Collect+ store by enclosing the dispatch note, applying the relevant label and taking it to your nearest location. You will be given proof of postage and a code to track your return. Finally, Doddle parcel stores can also be used. Just fill out your dispatch note and drop your parcel off at a convenient location.
