	Have used Jean Patrique a couple of times, although not through cashback. Their trick seems to be to entice you to buy other items when ordering the 'special offers' - somethimes these are the same items as the special offers! p+p is always extra and can be as much (or more) than the specials. As has been stated, when in checkout/order page, if you edit the URL to go back to the main page, you are usually offered p+p at a discount. They also try to get you to add priority dispatch at extra cost - If you don't add it it can take weeks to get the goods. Not the best quality either, despite what they say.

	I purchased the £1.99 professional knife set, be aware they charge £9.99 P&P which is where they make the money for selling cheap. Item took a while to arrive and cashback tracked during this time. Knives are very light and maybe not one of my better purchases. Having said that I used one of the large knives to cut some rib beef into smaller joints and it did this with no problem at all on all 4 cuts.

	Tracked and paid quickly. Wish I had seen the comment about cancelling the P&P page! However still a great cashback rate for a low cost purchase. My only complaint is after checking out and paying, it just took me back to the main page without confirming the purchase was complete. Goods did however arrive about 10 days later.

	Received these items within 1 week of making the purchase. Very top quality goods - only problem is now I lack the storage for them such as a knife block but this was clearly not advertised by Jean Patrice so its obviously not their problem. Top tip - when you go to order and you reach the "shipping price" screen, try and close the screen. you will then be given the option to reduce the shipping cost by 33%. Ended up paying only £6 for a set of very high quality knifes - can't really go wrong.

	Absolute scam artists. I payed with a gift card and was told that there were insufficiant funds on it and that the knives were not going to be dispatched. When I came to look at the amount left on the gift card I was perplexed to see that Jean Patrique had actually debited the original amount of £11.98. I have not bothered chasing them as their call centre charges the earth and the e-mails get filed under spam I am reliably informed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

	Finally received last item I ordered and paid for 76 days ago. Customer service lied to me, delay after delay, VERY AGGRESSIVE MARKETING. Products are nice, but not special and the cashback isn't worth the hassle.

	I have purchased twice from Jean Patrique - 3 sets of knives & a full set of pans. Both times they arrived within 10 days & were very good. I have had no problems so far. Just about to order again

	My knives arrive today. The only problem i had was that this product didnt track so havent got my cashback yet. But still worth it for the cheap set of knives.

	If you navigate back on page when it offers postage and packing for £9.99 it then offers it for £6.66 !!! Only hope the Knives are as good a deal as the price !!

	For less than a tenner (inc. P&P, less cashback) this has got to be worth a punt. Hold out one page on the additional knife offer if you want them though ;)
