If you are happy with the quote, you can either take your item to one of their stores or arrange for a courier to collect it from you free of charge. Once Jessops receive your item, they will confirm it is in the same condition you stated on the form and deduct the agreed value from the cost of your new equipment if this is the case.

If you are unsure how to describe the condition of your item, you will find the criteria for stating whether it is mint, excellent or good on the trade-in page. You can only trade in an item if the product you are buying costs more than £299.
