They don't pay
Used last year. Tracked but then declined for no reason and with no appeal possible. Used again this year. Didn't even track. No success at all. They should be booted off here if they don't honour what they advertise. Very disappointing.

Absolutely attrocious. They should be removed from this site. Great for parking no complaints there but they simply do not pay out. False advertising having them on here. Bad publicity for yourselves. I have 3 outstanding payments from them. One has been decined. The other two say payable. Im sure within a matter of weeks (it takes them forever to decline so that you cant pursue the matter) they will be declined also. Very very bad.

Difficult because I booked 3 car park stays and had to cancel one so the firm cancelled my payback on both. I tried to explain but it became too involved so I just left it as it was only a couple of pounds.
