DO NOT BOTHER
I purchased a very expensive bottle of perfume online and followed all steps but was NEVER awarded for the cashback. I raised a ticket, chased it up again and again. All I got was a "sorry no can do" response back. Do NOT waste your time. They do NOT give cashback.

I only purchased from this seller as on that day it stated the cash back was 15% and I wanted to take advantage of the special offer however I have not been given 15%

Extremely disappointing. I purchased from Jo Malone in May 2019. The transactions were confirmed as being tracked. It is now January 2020 and I have not received any status whatsoever
