Good customer service. John lewis emailed to advise the product I wanted had just come back into stock and I was able to order straight away to aviod disppointment. Goods well packed and posted out swiftly. Good not be more pleased or impressed.

Didn't realise the cashback was only available to take as British Airways Executive Club. What bloomin use is that to someone who never flies. Waste of £2.49 cashback which I can never use. Will not buy from this company again
