Tracked quickly but totally the wrong amount, opened and case but has taken a month to come back saying they aren't increasing the amount... The cashback was about 1/5 of what it should have been.
As for the product, it didn't look remotely of the same quality as was shown on the website and was packaged it such a way (stuffed in a plastic bag) that part of it were unuseable due to being so mis-shapen.
Overall... I won't be using them again

At time of purchase they were offering 7.5-10% cashback but mine tracked much lower and they gave me a pathetic 17p... Just checked and they've updated to just 1% on promotional items... Didn't say that when I bought it!
As for the service and quality of item... Don't bother with express shipping, mine arrived well before the suggested arrival date but the quality of the item was much lower than depicted also because of how it's packed in the bags a lot of it was mis-shapen and I was unable to use directly anyway...

They stated they never received my order and yet I received the goods and an order confirmation. I forwarded the email to TopCashBack and the merchant continued to claim they couldn't find my order and never acknowledged the cashback. Con!

Took over a year to resolve missing cashback, with result being them refusing to pay as I had apparrently clicked through another merchant. I would have just clicked through via TCB as normal so not sure why it's not showing up. Would not recommend.

Like several others, have been chasing my cashback for months, which amounted to over £10.00. Jokers have declined cashback saying I used another method to purchase and so made the transaction invalid, absolute rubbish! clicked through in normal way and only purchased through them because of good cashback promised - won't be had like that again!

Jokers seems apt for describing this lot. Sent my costume with 2 left hand gloves but no right, then kindly offered to sell me some gloves as replacements. As a final twist, they have also cancelled my cashback. Thanks JM, but I think I'll go elsewhere next time.

Overall great company however cashback didn't register and after submitting a cashback claim Jokers are now declining it.
However still good products/general service/pricing - just a shame about the bonus cashback

Ordered £117 worth of costumes and cashback tracked straight away at £13. However I had to return 2 of the 7 costumes I ordered as they did not fit. Got a refund of £39 - so total spend was £78.00. Cashback then went to £0.00. I wont use them again on principal.
