I used a Joules gift card for most of my payment so only received cashback on the difference I paid with my credit card. Seems very unfair.

joukles good service and lovely products but cashback is usually hit and miss, it tracks quickly but takes weeks and then declined so you have to lodge a claim to get the money, usually happens 75% of the time like this. but i love joules so give it a chance to get cashback..

Great products and service is good. Cashback is hit and miss of they decline or not, for no reason, had to file many claims to get money and has taken nearly 3 months sometimes to even decline.

They declined cashback one of my transaction without any reason. No goods were returned and nothing different to all other transactions they did pay out. Dissapointing!

Bought over £100 of clothes at the end of December, my visit got tracked but I'm still waiting for my cashback. I've submitted a claim form and 4 months on still nothing! Very disappointed Joules!

Complete waste of time.
Took almost a year to reject the claim due to "another channel".
In the end we had to return the item (a pair of wellies) back to them for a refund because they split after 6 months.
It took a further 5-6 weeks for them to acknowledge the fault, process the return and give us the refund.
Alright if they sale is straight forward, but don't expect anything of customer service!
