	Always quick, fair and reliable There are some businesses that keep you waiting, trying to play games to avoid making cashback payments, but Just Eat is firstly on the ball, but secondly also extremely fair and reliable through and through. No issues so far!

	Service good but doesn't automatically track Used Just Eat for several years now and while I've had no problems with their service the cashback never tracks automatically, this has been an issue for well over 12 months now. Cookie settings never make a difference and I basically have to submit a claim request for each order after 7 days to hopefully recover my due cashback. I know its not a huge amount of cashback but it should track automatically, eBay does every time, so what's the problem with Just Eat. TopCashback you really need to have a word....

	The tracking & allocation of cashback consistently do not work It has been a number of cases now where after ordering deliveries via Topcashback on the Just eat website, using normal computer browser, the cashback won't track. After logging a missing cashback and waiting over a month time, Topcashback customer service forwarded a message saying that Just Eat cannot find or allocate the transaction ... I do have the confirmation email for the very same amount and very same time as when a click was registered on the Topcashback platform. What on earth more do they want?! Do not recommend ...

	Disappointing experience Just eat said that the transaction could not be traced and wouldn't offer cashback. Disappointing and incomprehensible. I told top cashback I can provide my email reciept and top cashback then credited my account. I am therefore reluctant to use just eat again.

	Cannot get to websites They should not be on Topcashback now. You cannot go through to their website from here. It takes you to the store to download app and even if you go back it doesn't load the website. Therefore no cashback.

	???? New way of net letting customers get cash back by saying you must accept merchants cookies when you confirm it redirects you to the app even if you go back and try the steps again they’re forcing the app on you as they know you can’t claim cash back through apps

	Dreadful customer service Ordered over £16 of food, delivery driver couldn’t find my house so food absolutely freezing when arrived. I refused to accept it as stone cold and requested a hot, fresh order. Never delivered.when told justeat, offered £4 refund…… app deleted from my phone - will not be using again

	Doesn’t automatically track I always have to put in a missing cashback claim, even though I always order via the link and it says that my visits have been recorded. I don’t know why it does not automatically track in my account. Afterwards I do get my cashback but Topcashback always gives me less than the expected amount, so I have to send a message to them about each claim; then Topcashback finally gives me the right amount for each claim. It is an unnecessarily long and tedious process, however, I do eventually get the right amount of cashback for each claim.
