The Just Eat app is a great way to order your favourite food from takeaways in your area. 	Won't be using takeaway websites again in future, have just placed an order and it took far too long to arrive and one of the dishes was wrong. Suspect customers who order direct are given preferential treatment. this isn't the first time it's happened and thought we'd give Just Eat the benefit of the doubt and use them again, stay away and order direct.

	Although the site itself is good, cashback is a bit hit and miss...had one accepted and paid, another declined for no reason, another pending. May take other's advice and try Hungry House instead.

	Seems to be declining all of my transactions, obviously no decent reason given as they are genuine purchases. Irritating. Will go back to using Just Eat through Nectar, never had any issues, 2points per pound.

	My cashback since May until June had been declined more than 10 times I wonder why. Justeat don't give good value for money and you can't pay with cash only with cards on there payment section.I won't use justeat again.

	When you go on to just eat they ask you to enter your postcode so that they can find restaurants that are in your radius. Tonight we placed an order of a restaurant to be emailed 15 minutes later stating that we were out of the restaurants radius. If this is the case why put that restaurant as an option, also the restaurant states it has a 5 mile delivery radius and we live less than 5 miles away. Also they take your payment straight away but state in the email cancelling your order that it Will take 7 days to refund your payment. We have recently found out that this happened to another family member 2 hts ago. As regular users of just eat we are very disappointed with their service and Will not recommend them to anyone ever again.

	Delivery charged by ordering through Just Eat was more expensive than ordering direct to the restaurant!

	Was a bit wary but this is an excellent online service. Brilliant customer service, no problem with any of the online orders I have made through them and found a brilliant takeaway that I had never used before. Maybe not good on the waistline as their website makes it so easy to order again. Tad more expensive but you're paying for convenience, especially when you have a large group of people to order for who tend to change their minds halfway through the usual phonecall to the takeaway...'er that sounds nice I'll share yours'. Oh no you won't.
