To cancel a booking, you will need to log in to your account and click on 'More' next to the booking in question.

Then, simply select 'Cancel Booking'. If you know you no longer need the space, you should cancel as soon as possible so that JustPark can free it up for other drivers. They review all cancellations, which means it can take 3-4 working days for you to receive your refund. The amount you receive back will depend on the length of your booking and how far in advance of it you make the cancellation request.

There are two instances in which you will be entitled to a refund.

If you cancel your booking before it is due to start, you will be entitled to a refund in accordance with the JustPark cancellation policy. You will always be covered by their Driver Protection Guarantee, which means that if you could not park for a variety of reasons, you will be eligible for a refund.

These include the description of the space being seriously inaccurate, the space being rented out illegally, you receiving a parking fine, having to park elsewhere because the space was unavailable, there not being enough room for your vehicle or the space did not exist.

If any of these instances occur, you should contact JustPark as soon as possible - preferably no later than 48 hours after the booking was due to start - and include any information, photographs or documentation to support your claim.
