Refused to honour Cashback
Absolutely great product and seamless transaction just didn’t honour the cashback, raised a dispute and TopCashback upheld the initial decision disappointingly.
Will defo use again but probably won’t go through the bother of doing it through Topcashback next time

Cashback declined, and when I tried to claim for a delayed flight home was declined because it was the first connecting flight that was delayed due to weather not my final flight into the UK, even though it was one journey and I had to buy a new connecting flight, you get what you pay for!!

Cashback was declined, and I subsequently tried to claim for delayed return to the UK but that was also declined because it was the first connecting flight that's was delayed 24hrs by bad weather which delayed my final flight to Uk but didn't pay saying my final flight wasn't the cause of the delay even though they were all one journey?? You get what you pay for and this is cheap and lots of small print.

My Cashback declined by this retailer after many months of chasing by TCB stating that I used an unauthorised voucher code during purchase, of which I know I did not use any codes. Will not use this company again. 100% Loss of confidence and very dissapointed.
