If you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, you can return it within 14 days.
Exclusions apply though, so you must inform Kaleidoscope by letter or email, including your name, address, account number, order/invoice number and item number, before the 14-day cancellation period has ended. The correspondence must be signed and dated. Alternatively, you can use the cancellation form you will find on the Help section of the website. Under their 14-day approval policy, they will replace or refund most items, as long as they are returned complete, unused, in their original packaging - where possible - and with the correct documents.
Refunds will be credited to the payment method used. You can return your item to a ParcelShop by completing the returns form on your dispatch note with your reason and enclosing it in the original packaging, attaching the returns label over the original delivery label and dropping it off. This service is available if your parcel weighs 15kg or less and does not exceed 1.2m x 1m, while you will be provided with a receipt.
You can also arrange for one of Kaleidoscope's couriers to collect your item via the returns section in 'My Account'. It can be left with a neighbour, colleague or concierge, or in a safe and easily accessible place which is out of sight. Finally, you can take it to a Post Office, where you will be given a receipt, while you will also be able to track it. However, the parcel must weight 3kg or less and be no greater in size than 610mm x 460mm x 460mm.
