	Why oh why do TCB let these con merchants advertise that they give you cashback, when in fact they do not give any at all. After reading the reviews of other users, I booked a holiday in september 2012 for August 2013 and then 3 weeks later booked a missing transaction claim( knowing that they wouldn't register it till after my holiday in August 2013 but I still wanted to be within the 100 day claim limit). August 2013 came and went, no notification of the cashback. It's now November 2013 and keycamp have said they have no knowledge of my holiday with them and refused the cashback £65, don't expect any cashback from keycamp. On a plus note the holiday was great

	Really annoyed that because we are taking a small dog abroad with us, Keycamp insist that you have to telephone the booking, rather than book online. This means we are unable to use 'Cashback' on our recent booking.

	This merchant will not start the payment process until after your stay has been completed, irrespective of the estimated payable date that will be on your Earnings page.

	Booked our holiday in January, holidayed with them in South of France 2 weeks ago and still awaiting cashback. Have chased tcb a few times but unsuccessful so far in receiving the cashback and the enquiry ticket won't now submit as more than 100 days old - very frustrating!

	Arrived back from holiday with keycamp at Easter - still no cashback showing pending - sent TCB a nudge on the day back from holiday (claim already submitted prior to taking holiday)- heard nothing yet. We have previously holidayed with Eurocamp who also did not pay out on the cashback as I chased it up AFTER our holiday and was told that it was out of the time period for claiming (100 days I think, as you have to pay for the holiday so far in advance!). I'm not hopeful of receiving anything from Keycamp - why do these companies put themselves on cash back sites with no intention of paying out????

	Had to submit a claim, after waiting 5 months after arriving home from holiday, contacted TCB on numerous occasions, they chased it up and replied this claim is denied as they paid out to another site! This was almost £40 lost, very dissapointing, will not holiday with them again, to make matters worse we were placed in a smaller caravan & terrace than paid for, no adults on site to assist only teenagers,alot of responsibiliy for these youngsters.Not a good experience.Trying matthews france next year.

	Been with Keycamp a number on a number of occssiaons now. Enjoyble static caravan holiday experience, living outdoors with the basic comforts of a home.

	Failed to track but brochures received. Placed claim almost a month ago, TCB are still waiting for a response from them.
