Terrible Warranty Experience
The Quinny VNC push stroller broke down during the 2 years warranty period and it has been accepted as a warrantable fault. The repair or replacement hasn't been offered but only a 50% price paid refund under the condition we provide pictures of physical damage to the back seat fabric and safety harness. The warranty hasn't been honoured and even Citizen Advice has responded its against the manufacturing T&C's. The Kiddies Kingdom has done nothing about putting is as it should be.

Bought carseat from them in Black Friday sale using their included Black Friday discount. Purchase tracked, then immediately decline for no reason. Pursuing claim through customer services.

What a cheek this company has we ordered 3 products from these people which on the website stated in stock only to get an email 4days later stating that we had to wait for the items to come in stock again COME ON there was 40+ in stock when i ordered. And to top it all off they have charged my Credit card and still no product, also have not received any cashback as yet TCB are on the case I hope

Purchased in December, now almost May, cashback acknowledged, frequent chases, but no cashback. TCB have been helpful, but the lot further down the chain?

We had problems. Ordered furniture in late December for delivery in "3-5 weeks" to be told after payment was taken we'd be dealing direct with the manuafacturer. We've got most of the order now, 4 months later, but faults galore and the final peice won't be delivered until mid June.
We've complained to KK but they don't respond to emails and don't take kindly to phone calls.
DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS THEY HAVE THEM IN STOCK

Keep an eye on your credit card statement. I bought a product that was supplied by a third party through kiddies kingdom, and was charged twice (once by KK, and again at wjolesale price to the third party). They refunded without any problem, but just make sure you double check this when you have paid.
