Sorry to report my experience matches Simonc65's. Tracked £50 CB, this has now been confirmed for several months but not paid. Seems like Ladbrokes have no intention of honouring & TCB totally uninterested in chasing or investigating why, despite several requests. Very disappointing.

Very generous cashback which tracked fine and then confirmed. However, cashback confirmed well over 6 weeks ago and still hasn't become payable?? Don't bank on them paying out.
