Snails pace.
Used to track ok but never does now since it changed from "new customers only" and existing customers. Now have to put in a claim being an existing customer and it takes months. Might start buying fron Sunday Times as they don't have a disparity between new and old customers.

New customer. Cashback refused when using with promotional code. Site is misleading as it says the cashback will be reduced when in fact it will only be denied.
