Had to make manual claim as no automatic cash back tracked. Still waiting. Disappointing and will use other online wine retailers in the future.

Had cashback pending now since 8th May,even though claim to be quick payer.Not only that,wine seems overpriced,even with the regular discounts they offer.

I have been using Laithwaites for a long time and service has been pretty good. Lately though I have found that they frequently substitute poor cheap wines than the ones advertised. So what looks like a good value mixed case isn't good value at all. When I complained they were unsympathetic and unhelpful. Turns out their guarantee isn't what they make it out to be. 'If you don't like a wine don't pay for it' they say. But when I pointed that out they argued and I never got any refund. Cashback tracks fine.

No cash back from a large order, so wont be using them in future. Tesco give cash back every wine order so its an easy one for me.

Wines are ok, but getting cashback is dreadful. I've ordered wine via Topcashback three times and I'm still waiting. Wines fine, but forget cashback.

Poor cash back experience ith this merchant. Transaction not tracked and having to submit a manual claim. No response from merchant for 2 months. Note similar experience from other customers in the feedback section. Much better experience with Majestic Wines who offer similar levels of cash back.

We ordered nearly £200 of wine (some for Christmas presents), paid extra for next day delivery and took the day off work. The order was delivered two days late when we were out at work and was left out in the pouring rain instead of the specified safe place. Consequently the boxes were soaking wet and fell apart and could not be used as presents causing extra inconvenience. The final straw was that the cashback hasn't yet tracked and I've had to make a manual claim.

Tracked only after manual claim, still pending after 5 months. Ordered a particular wine I like, but they substituted for another (not even vaguely similar) which is like vinegar. Not even suitable for cooking, so am using it to drown slugs in the garden. Customer services claim a right to substitute for whatever they have in stock, which makes a mockery of selecting what you want. Avoid avoid avoid.
