Cashback tracked but was then declined. Missing cashback claim submitted but again declined as said that Top Cashback was not the last referrer. How come it tracked in the first place then? Lastminute simply trying to avoid paying!

A legitimate claim was refused by lastminute.com so I definitely won't bother booking with them in future. Stick with booking.com or laterooms.com as they honour their cashback claims.
