Cashback didn't track. raised a missing claim. Cashback appeared I closed the claim, then when I tried to make a payout it went back to zero. Poor!

Did not track initially, claim took about 10 weeks to settle. Once agreed, cashback was payable the following day, long before the hotel stay.

Very slow paying. I guessed some of the delay was waiting for my holiday to happen so I couldn't cancel but I still waited over 2 months after my time away to receive my cashback. However, it was a nice amount of cashback so I can forgive the 6 mth wait!
