Finding it extremly hard to get through to retailer regarding the product purchased, despite sending email's, ringing, visiting website, etc. Will not be using them again.

Cashback went straight from "Pending" to Payable after about 10 weeks.
But paid out on a large transaction at the advertised rate, so very pleased!

I bought flights via lastminute.com as they came up as the cheapest on a couple of search engines for flights to Qatar. Although it was only a nominal amount of cashback (1%), lastminute.com was still the cheapest provider so the cashback was an added bonus! Tracked quickly.

VERY POOR! placed order very begining August and still not recieved in Dec. didn't track and no reply to my enquiry even with two nudges being sent. I'm due over £115 from these cowboys and wish I had gone with Expedia now!

First experience of using lastminute.com & it failed to track initially, had to chase via TCB & have just got confirm that my purchase has been recognised - five weeks on from placing the order - not great if this is typical.

I use lastminute.com for my hotels and flights all the time. It tracks quickly, fairly slow to pay out, but it got there in the end!

I needed to post a claim for 20 pounds since the original transaction was not tracked. Top Cashback team responded and now the transaction's status is "pending". I hope that lastminute.com will not cause this problem anymore.
