Additional information requested after having already provided this in the original claim.
Eventually fed back that it had been dealt with through another channel without recourse.
There was no change in process on my behalf as to how I had placed the order.
Very disappointed as have been reliable in the past.

Several purchases through Laterooms not tracked. Have found problems with them in the past. On experience also find them very slow to pay.
Very frustrating.

Only used late rooms to get the cashback. It tracked ok but took months before the payment came through at £0.00. Can't make a non payment claim because the date has passed. Will only use laterooms again if I can't match their price anywhere else.

As other reviewers have stated cashback did not track and Late rooms used the excuse of cookies on computer. Don't expect to receive cashback you will be disappointed.

I made two bookings at Laterooms via Topcashback in close proximity; one tracked, the other did not. Now, after several months I'm told that the transaction was not valid even though we completed our stay at the B&B booked.

I regularly use Late Rooms and until recently every transaction tracked immediately and paid out no problem.
In the last couple of months (Jan - Feb 13) something seems to have gone wrong with the tracking. The last 6 bookings I have made all have not been tracked.
This is a real shame as Late Rooms provide a great value, reliable accomodation booking service.
Late Rooms - please sort out this problem!

I booked a hotel through this merchant in febuary for november. They stay had been completed and then the cashback status showed as gone through. Today I the status has gone to payable, nil, and because the order had been placed LAST feb, I cannot chase the cash back. NOT TO BE USED IF YOUR PLANNING AHEAD BECAUSE YOU WONT GET THE CASHBACK OFFERED. NOT HAPPY.
