They used to give 10% cashback but now its down to 5% so i am using expedia.co.uk as they give 12%

I clicked on the link and signed into Laterooms. I booked my hotel which doesnt have to be paid for until I check in. The cashback was showing on my account the following day although it will not be credited until I check in, which isnt a problem, really pleased.

I work away most weeks and use late rooms when I do so now I get cashback as well as discount rooms and they have so far tracked all three bookings Ive made this week so its looking good at the moment.

First time I used them there was no problems with cashback tracking. Second time it took 6 months and lots of reminders but eventually all sorted.

Like many of you this years transactions are tracking with no worries but late last years transactions are still not showing up. Not good as some are for largeish amounts! Is anything likely to happen? i keep sending nudges to Top Cashback without any luck.

Have purchased 3 'upgraded' rooms via laterooms each time have only recieved a basic room, shown order confirmation to hotel and each time been told thats not what has been booked with them, one hotel manager actually showed us what had been booked from late rooms and it was a standard room, (third time it happened was pretty frustrated as we paid extra for the 'better' room) saying that, cashback has always paid out!

I got a very good deal on a hotel booking through this website. Around half price. I was a bit wary since you don't book directly with the hotel, but I had no problems checking in, all my details were there. Would definitely use again.

It seems this retailer does not pay its discount to top cashback very quickly it seems that the numerous transactions I have carried out in the last 3 to 4 months for business hotels not one transaction has yet been paid to my account & as most stays are for business & have been completed I would have expected some response on my account by now!
