Laterooms should be renamed LateCashBack. They're excellent for getting rooms cheaply, but I'm getting REALLY frustrated at having to wait and wait and wait for something to happen with cashback. I have one transaction still outstanding from November last year, and several still stuck at Pending or which I have reported as untracked since May this year. I spend a lot of money via Laterooms, but they simply don't play the game with cashback.

Not Impressed with Laterooms. Hotel stay in May, Cashback due July. Formal Enquiry raised in September. Still no pay-out and Top Cash back are no longer responding to my communication. Waste of Time.

Very disappointed with laterooms. Cashback from my stay in one of their hotels in April is still 'pending' and topcashback won't chase it because it's over 90 days old.

Hi there, We have some notes on the enquiry system for this merchant which are below and will hopefully help a little further with this. Cashback from LateRooms appears to remain at the 'Pending' status for longer than is usually expected. It does, however, then skip the 'Confirmed' status and move straight to 'Payable'. Your cashback should become 'Payable' on, or a few weeks following, its normal estimated payable date.However if this has been more than 3/4 months after your transaction date and you have completed your stay, then please submit an enquiry and we will endeavour to enquire with the merchant

Had some problems tracking initially but now it seems to track on all transactions, obviously need to make my trip before my cashback can be paid.

Cashback tracked but has been stuck at pending for 3 months after estimated payable date! I now use hotels.com which is payable much faster.

Still waiting on two transactions and even TCB staff appear now to be ignoring the enquiries to chase LateRooms. With such issues a review is surely required to ascertain why problems are arising and any correlation e.g. works if booking is close to date of stay, but not if it's an advanced booking?
