Don’t get anything from laybrook if you need a care/hospital bed The mattress lopes to one side for months we turned mattress upside down side but as on warranty they replaced But then the bed board is just cheap ply wood which when I turned over I put my foot through it ...a domino effect happened each part knocking the other part Before I put my foot through it the wood wAs only laminated very cheaply the veneer consequently came off They wanted nearly £400 to replace and an engineer to fit it paying for him to come despite they deliver in Scotland Trading standards sAid under warranty but then I landed in hospital 3 times after asthma unstable so I had to say to laybrook cannot afford to replace nor stresss to deal with them I’ll be posting this as many places I can but in meantime think hard or get in touch and I can show photos
