Cashback initially tracked but was then declined. After lodging a claim it was reinstated and eventually paid out. All's well that ends well but it's disappointing that I've had to jump through hoops to get it, especially given that this was for a pretty big purchase. Three stars because they did, eventually pay out and the doors that I bought were really nice.

My two purchases over a 12 month period were from the Leader Doors part of this group. Good selection of doors, well priced, great customer service and efficient delivery. Plus importantly!! cashback paid without a problem.
