Absolutely furious with Lego!!! 4 purchases of over £239 in total since January this year have been declined! I always wait until the cashback is at 7% so I can get a good deal but Lego obviously doesn't like paying out over 2%. I would suggest purchasing your Lego from a site that honours cashback deals!

I now have 5 missing cashback claims lodged with customer service! It's getting beyond a joke! I have always had my purhases tracked with Lego in the past and I have spent hundreds of pounds with this retailer recently but I am becoming increasingly frustrated with them not acknowledging my cashback.

I would have given Lego 5 stars, but they seem to take months to make the final decision. If the cashback was approved quicker, this would have been a definite 5 star rating.
