	Scam My cashback claim was declined, I have met all the requirements - first time customer and the value of my purchase order met the requirement stated. I have filed missing claims and the response is that the merchant declined the submission and the reason is “Unauthorised voucher/discount code used”. That's unacceptable and the whole thing is a scam.

	Scam They fool you with high top cash back to buy from their website then they decline the cashback. I will avoid them in future.

	Declined I'm a first time customer and the cashback was declined. I didn't use any offer codes on their website and my ad-block was turned off. The order itself arrived the next day.

	Wait months and then they decline. They’re hit and miss with their cashbacks. Lenses are not cheap, so they obviously pay out largish sums and will do all they can to decline. I waited for two months for them to decline, then raised a claim. They said I used a voucher - I didn’t and can prove it via the invoice which I offered to send. Topcashback had to step in and offered me an amount as a gesture of goodwill…they shouldn’t have to.

	Decline for no reason, clickbait!!! First-time Lenstore user - cashback declined for no reason. Totally undermines TCB, and looking at the countless similar reviews Lenstore has to be removed from the platform. Would buy from elsewhere, even if that means a slightly higher price!!!

	Lenstore declined cashback despite meeting all the requirements... Purchased and received product, however despite following and meeting all the requirements for cashback, Lenstore declined cashback !! Reading through other's reviews, this is a common occurrence for this company.

	Wouldn't pay My cashback was declined, and after raising it they came back and said I had used an unapproved voucher or discount code. I paid more than other sites because they offered more cashback, and seems to be a false promise. Needless to say I won't be using them again.

	Cashback declined I only used this website as cashback made it cheaper. However this was declined for no reason. No voucher was used and all terms and conditions followed. STAY CLEAR!

	Tracking never works I can see they tried to route through an external website when navigating from TCB to Lenstore for tracking. However, this has never worked since they revamped their website. Every time I submit a missing cashback here, it takes a long time to process, and it is not guaranteed to be accepted. I tried sending feedback to TCB and Lenstore, but they deliberately refused to admit any faults. I am glad to see quite many reviews below that confirmed I am not the only one encountering this problem - that they have no excuses.

	Scam - no cashback shown in Topcashback No cashback shown in the account even if it has been tracked by topcashback! Which said that the order number I provided is not correct, but I'm sure this is definitely correct as it is the only order number in the email as well as in the invoice.

	Don't use if you want cashback I have purchased from this site around 4-5 times. The delivery is great, arrives within the week. When it comes to cashback, I have yet to have a purchase where the cashback is not declined. I have lodged missing cashback claims and get the response of invalid order number. I won't be purchasing with them again as they are quite pricey.
