Purchased a holiday in April 2013 and actually went away in July 2013. Now Jan 2014 and still waiting for Cashback to become payable. This is disappointing especially as the company were great arranging the trip and their Customer Service is brilliant when you call them. Not sure if this will ever pay out :-(
