Bought a light on sat I was told it would be here at the end of the month so 3wks. Received a email on mon saying out of stock. Advised I wanted a refund back on my card. Been chasing all week for my money back. Apparently waiting on head office. I emailed head office been told newcastle store sorting it out getting nowhere fast. Apparently I have to drive 18miles so they can put the money back on my card. This is crazy will be contacting my bank tomorrow

Used Litecraft twice, first time cashback was declined but eventually received after going through the claims process. Second time was declined again.
Won't use them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Cashback appeared quickly, but at 50% of promised rate. They sent wrong items (lightshades instead of desk lamps!) and the bulbs they recommended don't fit the lights they sold me. Still trying to get refund for returning wrong bulbs, customer services unhelpful, rude and slow to respond. I will not use them again.

I purchased a lamp shade from this retailer, it arrived in good time but the colour was completely wrong so I returned it for a refund.
Either Royal Mail lost it, or Litecraft lost it in their warehouse, I will never know. I was down by £50 thanks to the above mystery, which never got resolved. Litecraft were useless with communication and didn't respond to Royal Mail's request for information either. I shall never buy from Litecraft again.

Cashback was very speedy. Litecraft got my order wrong at first and sent me the wrong lights but I was more than satisfied with the way they dealt with the mix up. Also very pleased with my lights which look great and they look much more expensive than they actually were.Happy days!
