It takes tooooooo long for the transaction to become payable. I made a transaction on 12 Aug and the payable date was expected to be 31 October - that's almost THREE months waiting. To make things worse they still haven't paid me this amount as at 02 November which makes it already two days overdue, in addition to the 3 month wait.
I hope I do get paid as I calculated my annual Home Insurance based on the calculation of getting some cashback making it the cheapest deal in the market. However the delays in this process is simple not good enough!

Cashback is very very slow. It has been in confirmed status for ages with no sign of being paid yet. It would have been good to be given some idea of when payment would be made when taking out the policy.

Quick to pend, but took some time to confirm. Perhaps this was due to insurance date needing to kick in before they confirm it? Car insurance quote was the best by far on a like for like basis even BEFORE the £45 cash back. They even beat Swiftcover! So I am very happy. Thankfully, I have not tested out their claims department so will reserve comment on their customer service. Would defo recommend.
