I take back my earlier negative comment of 27 Jan 2008.
My purchase went through without errors but it didn't track so I had to complete a missing commission claim. The process was straight-forward and TCB had a internal record of my transaction which was reassuring since it wasn't appearing on my tracking list. Lloyds took 3 months to acknowledge my claim but eventually did and the money was instantly available for payment.
Thanks to TCB for sorting it.

clicked through and filled out yet another insurance quote for the house and after they took all my details etc the site says an error has occurred and i need to phone them. yet another 10 minutes wasted. it's websites like Llyods that make me think twice about filling in online forms as this has happened numerous times for insurance

I got a fab quote from TSB. Including the cashback £147 cheaper than my renewal quote. The cashback was in pending the next morning. Will update when I receive the money.

Bought home contents and buildings insurance on 15th October '07. Almost four months later, I finally got £120 cashback today (7/2/08) . Deal was more expensive but cashback made it worth it. The wait was a little unnerving though.

This has tracked quickly, will update when I receive the £'s. If the payment arrives it was a very good deal saving £100 in total as opposed to Diamond car insurance.

renewal in two weeks and still the sites says i need to ring them . but then they wont need to pay the cashback will they? Also rates have recently dropped. Great ad for them if you get the cashback but the reality is different.

I did the transaction over a month ago, tracking was enabled and everything as far as I knew. The transaction never appeared anywhere on TCB. I still made a saving on my car insurance but an extra £90 certainly would have helped :(

I've been waiting 3 months for my cashback to come through and still no response from Lloyds TSB.
The on-line transaction went through with no errors, just no sign of cashback. If I don't get it then I would have been slightly better of staying with my previous insurer. I thought it was too good to be true.

I followed the prompts for my quote for home/buildings insurance with Lloyds/TSB. I didn't get my quote as I was told there was an error. I was given a contact number but this means that I won't receive my cashback. What's going on! Please get it sorted!
