	This did not track, so I submitted an enquiry and it was dealt with and paid into my account in less than a week, so very pleased. It means that after cashback, my 3rd party Fire & theft car insurance only cost me £50 -bargain!

	Tracked within 24 hours, which is reassuring. So far so good, although the quote was £40 more expensive than my renewal with Directline so the £120 better come through or I'm out of pocket. It's a shame Directline has stopped using these cashback sites, because they used to pay £100 which would have worked out even better!!

	I took up an insurance policy with Lloydstsb on 18th August 2007, and despite reminder of 10th September 2007 I have not received my cash back of £120.00. Please could you chase the insurance company.

	Not tracked after 2 weeks ..not hear anything from TCB now having raised issue of non tracking with them last week. Off to cancel the insurance now. Shame.

	we're in the process of claiming this from Lloyds, if policies are cancelled with a claim in progress then can members please let us know so that we can cancel the claim as they take up a lot of time and resource. Thanks TopCashback

	STILL no Joy after 7 days. Contacted TCB enquiries (who were very helpful) but said they couldn't do a formal investigation for 7 days - so here goes.I note that Lloyds TSB have had a lot of trouble with Cashback in the past (particularly with another cashback site) but other comments here seem to have found it mostly Ok. I wonder if this is specifically a Car Insurance problem.

	Bought house insurance on monday morning - Now Friday morning and it hasn't tracked yet. Not looking good ...will be cancelling inside the 2 weeks if I don't have anything through.

	Hmmm....4 days and counting for the tracking on the car insurance and no joy. This doesn't seem in line with the House Insurance deal, so I'll wait till Monday to see what happens. It's worth noting that you have 2 weeks to cancel your insurance if all else goes pear shaped.

	I thought I went through this site (TopCashBack) when getting my Car Insurance after registering and I have nothing showing in my TopCashBack account?Also when looking at this sites page on Lloyds TSB the link is only for Home Insurance, so does this mean the Car Insurance cashback doesn't work?It's all very Sketchy and you don't quite know if you are on the write thread and progressing towards a discount.Does anyone have a successful experience that they can explain the process of please?
