Hey there,
It looks like the cashback for this transaction went to payable back in Feb 2024, and was claimed by yourself in March. I've noticed this was a little lower than what you expected so I've added in the £75 difference to your Earnings page under the date 15th November 2023 so this totals the £300 you expected.
I've also pushed a few of your pending transactions to payable as a gesture of goodwill so you don't have to wait any longer for these :)
