I recently placed my first order and was delighted with the products, the speed of delivery and packaging and the offer which made a £25 product into £12.50 if spending over £25.00. Would highly recommend this retailer and wish I had realised they offered cash back when I placed my order but now about to place another one and will take advantage of the cash back.

I regularly spend over £200 a month on the L'Occitane website and have yet to see a tracked transaction.
Although, every claim i have made has been honoured, just takes a long time.

I have made a number of purchases over a number of weeks and NONE have yet been shown to be tracked at all.
I purchased through cashback and expected a substancial amount of monies by doing so. I am dissappointed and having to keep an eye on dates and order numbers can be a pain. Not a happy bunny.

Hit or miss if this tracks or not. Half my orders have and half haven't. Been waiting six months for them to investigate the first untracked order - they still haven't.
