Cashback tracked at wrong (lower) rate. Cashback should have been awarded at New Customer rate, but was awarded at Existing Customer rate which is lower. The merchant’s affiliate network is painfully slow, and several months after my Lola’s purchase, I still don’t know when and if they will pay the remainder of the cashback balance due to me due to incorrect rate application. Avoid this merchant!
