Purchased a few times now from LookFantastic and every single time, they have disputed the cashback, saying that the last referral site was not through TopCashback. After the second time, I was extremely careful and made sure that I cleared my cookies before going through TopCashback and then through to LookFantastic. Since LookFantastic declined the cashback. Don't rely on the cashback!

Cashback only credited at standard rate not at the special offer rate advertised. Raised a claim for the missing amount which they very quickly declined.
Consequently will not buy from them again or any other Hut Group company

I was due £10 cashback on some GHD's i purchased (after all VAT/delivery was taken into account). It worked out they gave me only £2 back. I put a claim in and the merchant refused to change the amount or give me any explanation.

don't believe the 10 percent cash back. I never used no voucher codes and yet it only give me the 2 per cent which says I used a voucher code. would not of ordered if that was the case.. wont be ordering again. seems a bit false advertising on cash back to get you to order..

I have always received cashback from this retailer and it is generally uite quck to track and process.
They quite often have cashback deals and also give free gift with purchase from some good brnads.
I alternate between here and salon skincare depending who is offering the best deal at the time when I need a particular item as they do sell most of the same (athough this retailer does carry a larger brand selection).
Worth checking out and buying from. Alway quick delivery.

Be careful with this company. The courier company they use is a disaster. 14 days, still no delivery. Emailed the look fantastic website three times, but they never reply.
But they are quite fast to debit money from your account. The next day!
Just be careful.

Lookfantastic are just LIARS.. they say you will get a free gift if you buy a certain product but pretend they've run out and then they dont even have the decency to give an alternative free gift... Don't order any products that offer a free gift!!

I have been a customer for years. I love there products and there prices... Free shipping to all over the world is also GREAT...
One problem though in regard to cashback. Its insanely slow, every time... and in total I have had to open 6 cases, 3 which still hasn't been resolved!!! Its very annoying!
I will still use them though, there is no equivalent merchant out there!
