New customer purchase never honoured. Looks like existing only paid out at a lower rate. Second purchase never tracked at all. Wouldn't bother with cashback from these but can't fault products, price and delivery

No providing cashback as it claimed in ad. When you file quires to CS they throw the ball back to Cashback company said this is their decision not to approve cash back, while Cashback company claimed it is the merchant declined the claim. Wonder why my other cashback don't have similar issue but just this company?Disappointed experience ever.

This merchant is efficient and the site is easy to navigate. Unfortunately Top Cashback is often not paid via them. I placed an order with them 10 minutes ago and have yet to see any earnings from it on my dashboard

I spend £160 something and the first time buyer cashback was 20% but i only got £3.12 and after claiming the cashback got another £3.12 where as o was supposed to get £30 something. So very disappointed with it
