Always tracks quickly and payment is swift. Website easy to use and prices are good too. Sometimes you can use a voucher code in addition to clicking through TCB, so that is a bonus. Delivery is fast via Royal Mail or courier.

Despite being a new customer, the additional cashback promo wasn't honoured. Ordered a couple of items which arrived reasonably quickly, but price without promo wasn't low enough to repeat purchase.

Cashback on general purchases tracked fine, however, it's taken nearly 4 months to resolve a missing cashback claim of £20 for signing up to 12 months of Lookfantastic's Beauty Box and even now it tracking at less than it should be.
