Scam site
I tried to withdraw my winnings but they told me I breached the policy for having multiple accounts which is a big LIE because I only have one and I was even paying through direct debit. They also don't stop from sending marketing emails even after unsubscribing. AVOID.

Scam
Have asked numerous times to explain why I cant get my winnings (only a small amount). They have said because I have a seperate account. I must have opened this account many moons ago and dont even remember doing it. They now are happy to take payments but refusing to payout. This should be illegal. I have asked who they are regulated by so I can log a complaint with them and hopefully stiop this from happening to other people.

Long wait
Took just shy of 2 years for them to confirm the cashback! The email marketing is also very aggressive and cancelling the automatic subscription wasn't simple so I ended up paying for it (once, til I could cancel) despite only wanting a one off Lotto play.

The cashback experience was fine, tracked fine. Do not register with this company, however, as they proceed to take money from your bank account even after you have cancelled with them. Once you give them the card details they have authorisation to do this and I had to actually cancel my card with my bank to stop them taking mor money.

I've doubled check that I'm choosing a one lticket/play only. Insted of a £1 I've been charged over £10. The site is not straight forward or easy to use. Stay away.

Stated card info was required for age verification only, but they did fully withdraw £1. Credit card company has added £3 on top of that. So I have paid £4 to be bombarded with nuisance texts and emails for a chance of getting 60p cashback. Stay clear. Remains to be seen whether they are planning to continue making withdraws from my account...

Cashback has tracked and is pending. However, a warning for others, without LottoSocial advising so, payment with credit card was deemed a cash withrawal and thus I was charged fees by the bank.
