Successful manual claim
Have used twice, first time tracked and paid without issue. Had a recent transaction which did not track - within a month of my claim it has been added to my account.

Confirmed cashback activated with the extension
Used the Chrome browser extension to activate cashback, and confirmed. Made a purchase which didn't track and LH declined it, stating the purchase was unrelated to TCB.

didn't pay cashback due on high value purchase
Was due cashback on a large purchase and after raising with topcashback and 3 months of waiting, lovehoney refused to honour the cashback with no definitive reason given. Doesn't seem like a coincidence that it's frequently on the bigger cashback amounts where the retailer finds a reason to say your claim isn't valid.

Made a purchase with new customer sign up, did everything correctly for them to refuse with a rubbish excuse of “Unapproved promo code/discount used”

No cashback on £120+ spend - rubbish!
They refused payout but I know topcashback were the referral route as I've done this many times before but on smaller spends. Suspicious that they decline when it's a bigger spent.

I've used this merchant on at least three occasions over the years. Different computers, all with adblocks etc disabled and working with other merchants.
I always get cashback declined with the reason that Lovehoney couldn't confirm i clicked through topcashback.
Hope others have more luck!

I didn’t even want to give 1 star!
LoveHoney offer some great cash back offers, but don’t always track or pay! £64.98 order placed with the cash back offer, but didn’t get a penny and they conned me out of cash back for no reason!
