Transaction didn't track, so I had to lodge a claim with topcashback. I was paid eventually but it took about 4 months from completing the transaction. I had to chase up topcashback a couple of times, but it was worth it in the end as I received £60 cashback. If your transaction doesn't track don't give up, lodge a claim and keep an eye on it.
