	Hopeless. Cashback shown as being due, then disappeared. Problem raised with TCB, but to no avail. I've noticed many here have had the same experience. Dishonest and immoral.

	Slow in getting cashbacks... transaction was done in Sept and it's now December and it's still at the first stage. It seems like the delay may also be due to TopCashBack (according to other users' comments)

	I am not very impressed as i have used LV insurance via a different cash back website and this was recieved on time. i am still waiting the payment on this one to view as payable. please can you confirm when this will be processed as i am reluctant to use your website for other matters if it takes this long and i have to chase it each time. regards

	really annoyed with LV been trying to get £15 cashback for months they showed as pending double the amount due which i informed them about then they take all money away and go straight to payable at zero topcash very slow sorting out these problems.

	Having purchased insurance from LV nearly 3 months ago, I am still awaiting the cashback that I earned from them. There is only 2 weeks to go before the payment is overdue so I have to say that I am not very impressed so far. Had I known that it would take quite so long to earn any cashback from LV then I would definitely have bought the product from another insurance company.

	I found LV to do a fast trakiing within hours, My payment has clared today which has taking 4 months as my insurance was taken out in July. I think they are reliable has this is the secound time I have used them, but very slow at paying. Hope this helps.

	Hi there, I just wanted to address a number of comments whereby some members have seen their cashback track at £0.00. This is due to the fact that there was a technical problem with the affiliate network that we use to manage the online programme for LV=Home Insurance, and we have been working together to resolve the problem both for previously incorrectly tracked sales and future ones moving forward. Any members affected by this should now have seen their cashback corrected to the advertised cashback level, regardless of whether they submitted a missing cashback claim or not. If you still notice that your cashback has tracked at the amount of £0.00, then can you kindly submit a general enquiry ticket marked for the attention of Ryan and I will look into as to what has happened. I also just feel it worth adding that all LV= insurance cashback carries a three month validation period, so you are not likely to see your cashback at the claimable status of 'Payable' until at least three calendar months have passed following the date of your transaction. For LV=50 Plus, this validation period is six calendar months. Thank you Ryan. TopCashback
