	I took out a policy end of August which has not been tracked which is not a good sign. Although it says you must pay 6 months premiums and it can take 8 months for a payout, you would at least expect the transaction to be tracked and showing as pending. I have lodged a claim but waiting to hear from TCB. I will update when and if it pays out.

	Absolute RUBBISH. Ive waited a whole year to be told that I did not somehow meet the terms and conditions.............Obviously purchasing the policy through topscashbacks link & paying in full somehow made me illegible. DON'T BOTHER - ITS A CON!

	Avoid this completely dishonest dealer like the plague. A while back I went through exactly the same awful experience as many others. Cashback ultimately declined for NO REASON. Despite speaking with the merchant direct and being faithfully PROMISED it WOULD be paid, they reneged on that too and the person who promised to resolve it simply threw his hands up in the air and said that was that. Nice company - AND TCB just went along with it and STILL actively promotes this totally dishonest merchant on its site to other unsuspecting people. Don't expect to get the cashback - whether it tracks or not and even though you have fulfilled ALL the requirements to qualify for it. Don't be tempted by the (in this case) too good to be true bundles of cashback.

	did not track at all - had to put in a claim which due to terms of offer had to be put on ice for 6 months. TCB put in a claim at the end of this. Cashback finally tracking at confirmed now but only after I put a comment on the forum. Will wait and see if it finally pays out. Cannot fault TCB for trying on my behalf.

	Originally purchased this insurance policy in October 2011 & cashback is still pending?! Good cashback amount of £65.65 is a big draw. Date has just changed from August to June for payout, lets see what happens, not holding my breath!

	Cannot fault LV= on any count. Obviously premiums depend on individual circumstances but in my case the premiums were very keen and customer service, should you need to contact LV=, is exemplary.

	Purchase wasn't tracked, and it took them six months following my claim to acknowledge that I was entitled the cashback. I'm pretty sure I'd rather not go through this hassle again.

	Original payable date 31/10/10 month after should have paid they have now changed there mind payable date now Feb 11. 7 months would not have used them with a time like this, would have gone elsewhere. Disgusted that they can alter the dates like this after the transaction has been done.
