Wouldn't pay out and kept denying my policy number was a valid reference number. Funny how they recognised the number when I called the renewal line to then CANCEL!

A fraction of a star. 1 star is too good for them.
I can only echo what others have said, including the excuses which is completely wrong, especially when many of us are meticulous making sure we follow the correct process, and only searched via topcashback, and never went onto the site outwith that.
Topcashback would be better to remove M&S pet insurance from their panel. Pretty unfair to be honest, as well as us all feeling a bit cheated.

As with the other reviews, they make you wait many months then decline the cashback due to the usual made up reasons.

Purchased insurance for cat in January. Expected £45 cashback. Declined. Asked for review, provided policy number. Declined again. Would appear that this is a common pattern for this company so not a saving choosing them. Disappointing.

Same issues as every review on this
Best staying clear of M&S if your wanting cashback. You won't get any. You will dispute it and will get nowhere with it. I am meticulous in what I do to make sure cashback tracks correctly etc, and same thing happened to me as what others have said in reviews.

Declined cashback
I have used top cashback for years, I know how it works and followed the correct process yet my cashback was declined. With no direct explanation as to why. The cashback amount was the main driver for my choosing this pet insurance and so I feel completely misled. It feels too easy for a merchant to decline cashback without a proper explanation.

False promise
Declined despite all t&cs complied with and that my visit was on the drop-down list. Needed an order number I hadn't been supplied with - and why not the policy number anyway?. So wrong when price comparison has taken the cashback into account.
