I have an outstanding cashback claim dating back to Dec 2017, they seem extremely reluctant to payout. Looking at the reviews, it's clear this is not unusual. TopCashback need to do more to clear the backlog of claims or cease working with them.

i am a regular customer and find this merchant is hit and miss lately some of my purchases track and payout no problem and others are waiting in my claims log which are taking ages to make any progress

Cash back tracked immediately, unfortunately they’ve never paid out. I have multiple pending items dating back to jan18 and the TopCashback team can’t seem to help either :-/ in future I’d rather take my chances with a promo code found elsewhere :-(

I love MAC products and I think this is a great deal but every time i have used the offer, it takes so long for the cashback to come through. 6 weeks is ususally over 6 months!
