	Poor quality products Blackout blind NOT blackout - Companies answer the fabric is but the frame is not. Light shines THROUGH the frame as well as around the blind. Mechanism doesn't work most of the time. Extremely poor quality product. Don't waste your money. Have requested a refund. (no comment yet)

	Declined cashback Did everything correct, even using a code that TopCashback has published, yet it has been declined for no reason. Blinds haven't even arrived yet...

	A great product. Most colours are on offer. The only negative issue is Customer Service. Recieved email to state order will be ready to send 1st December. 30th November blinds arrive and installed. Then 2 emails to say our blinds will be coming in the next 3 working days. Blinds brilliant, customer service does not exist
