I was told I had to wait 24 weeks after my stay to put a claim in, which I did. Now after a year of chasing, I have been told it is too long after my stay. A joke.

I wouldnt even give you one star but dont have the option to give you none. Had 3 separate claims and the amount has reduced to less than 75% and i now have to wait months for a reply and the correct money.

WOW after over 5 month I finally got a response from Malmaison for my denied cashback claim stating my stay was cancelled. If your saying I have cancelled my stay why have I not received a refund obviously because this is completely untrue and a way for them not to give cashback, useless.

Awful, complete waste of time. Completed the claim perfectly, included booking number etc, claim was registered but then removed after my stay. This was now back in April, meaning my claim for missing cashback is on-going after 5 months. The hotel staff were also useless getting my room mixed up and then trying to charge me more adding insult to injury, don't bother you wont get your cashback, stay somewhere else.
