Cashback tracked OK, but then Manchester Airorts withdrew it! I suspect this was due to the website also offering a discount. If they don't want you to qualify for both, then they should set their system up not to offer both. Allowing a cashback, then withdrawing it doesn't create a good impression!

Poor - Cashback tracked quickly but was declined by merchant (no reason given) Submitted a claim with details as requested which was rejected, again no reasons given? Service at Airport was also poor as we had to sit waiting on a bus on our return while the driver had a smoke! Thanks to TopCashback Customer Services for trying to resolve.

Cashback was declined, reason given "the network has not identified ourselves as the last referral to the merchant’s site and this transaction" which isn't true but how can we prove this!
