Tracked as 0, raised a ticket and the response was that Manchester Airport had no record of the sale - very odd as the details on the transaction had the full amount I paid!

Booked in July for travel in October; did not track so submitted missing cashback claim, however this was declined by the retailer even though this was a genuine claim. Consider this and other similar reviews before clicking through.

AVOID!!!!!!!!!! Transaction didnt track. Lodged a claim which was put ‘On Ice’. Claim released to merchant on 29th January and declined on 31 January. Liars!

Twice I have booked airport lounge through Manchester Airport/Topcashback and both times it has failed to register and my cash back has been declined. Not very happy with this retailer at all
